Red Velvet

  • 2 x 80g slabs Cadbury Dairy Milk, chopped
  • 1½ cups milk
  • ½ cup cream
  • 2 tsp red food colouring
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp. Bournville cocoa
  • 1 tbsp. icing sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  1. Melt the Cadbury Dairy Milk chocolate and mix it in with the cream until smooth.
  2. Add the milk, vanilla, cocoa, icing sugar, salt and food colouring and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes until the hot chocolate becomes as thick as you prefer.
